The fullness of our voice is often times silenced or shut down. Whether through cultural norms or circumstances in our upbringing, so many of us have become disconnected from the immense power of our unique voice. Developing the voice impacts all aspects of life, and when wielded with intention it has the remarkable ability to release or transform stagnant energy and bring harmony into our lives. It can open us to new possibilities, improve our communication, and promote the regulation of our nervous system.
This course is built from Madhu’s life-long study of music and sound healing, and is inspired by his own journey of recovering from paralysis with the power of sound and his voice.
